Built by people who have done the inspection

AgBaseline started as a workbook. It was built by someone who does agricultural collateral inspections for a living, because the tools available were a spreadsheet, a Word template, and whatever process the last person left behind.

The product is the same work, done properly: sector worksheets that already know what a dairy needs versus a feedyard, a borrowing base that calculates itself, an inspection that remembers the last one, and a report that comes out finished.

We are small and early, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. What that buys you: the person who builds the product is the person who answers the phone, and the roadmap is shaped by the first handful of lenders who use it.
